Pahadi Cow Ghee is prepared and packed in a hygienic environment in villages of Uttarakhand. High in Omega 3 and 9, containing many protein vitamins, including A, D, K, and E, boost immunity. It is helpful for the skin, eyes, hair and brain since it is a super-rich source of antioxidants. Curd is prepared from the Pahadi cows milk and is eventually churned to extract butter from Cow Milk using a churner (Bilona) bi-directionally. The Butter obtained from this churning process is heated on a mild flame to get Pahadi A2 Ghee. The traditional method of preparing Bilona ghee is relatively complex. As we use the traditional approach to prepare ghee, our Ghee is Rich in flavour with a Nutty, and Grainy. Our Ghee is pure & natural with no additional preservatives or additives. Ghee is packed in Premium Glass Jar packed from our manufacturing facility directly to you.
