Pahadi Cow Ghee is prepared and packed in a hygienic environment in villages of Uttarakhand. High in Omega 3 and 9, containing many protein vitamins, including A, D, K, and E, boost immunity. It is helpful for the skin, eyes, hair and brain since it is a super-rich source of antioxidants. Curd is prepared from the Pahadi cows milk and is eventually churned to extract butter from Cow Milk using a churner (Bilona) bi-directionally. The Butter obtained from this churning process is heated on a mild flame to get Pahadi A2 Ghee. The traditional method of preparing Bilona ghee is relatively complex. As we use the traditional approach to prepare ghee, our Ghee is Rich in flavour with a Nutty, and Grainy. Our Ghee is pure & natural with no additional preservatives or additives. Ghee is packed in Premium Glass Jar packed from our manufacturing facility directly to you.

Gahat Dal or Kulath or Horse Gram’s a famous delicacy of the Himalayan states which is naturally grown in high altitude of Uttarakhand. Gahat is sourced and cultivated in a natural and pure climate, without chemicals and pesticides. Regular consumption of this daal helps treat gall bladder and kidney stones. Gahat ka Parantha is a famous cuisine of Uttarakhand. It is a drought-tolerant crop grown in low rainfall areas and even on rainfed dry agricultural lands.

Home Made & Hand Made with utmost care & love. Ghee is made with milk from grass-fed buffalos on small farms. They graze in the open field naturally and eat natural grass & leaves, giving superior quality milk which is thick and creamy. Full cream whole buffalo milk is set to curd overnight. Yoghurt is churned into butter which is a laborious task, but it gives us a delicious, yummy, derivative i.e. Ghee. The traditional Bilona method to extract ghee ensures the texture & flavour of the ghee is intact i.e. grainy texture. However, when it is manually done, the taste is just astounding and marvellous.
