Honey and Spice

Harvested from the wild beehives of the Apis Dorsata species of honeybees found in the forests of Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. Central Indian Wild Honey

The Tropical Blossom Honey is made from the nectar collected by Apis Cerana Indica species of a honeybee that is local to India. The nectar is collected from blossoms in the tropical forests of Kerala. The beekeepers harvest the honey from Idukki district of Kerala and make only a small quantity every year. We acquire the honey from the farmers at a higher rate to maintain purity and help the community thrive. Honey is known to have several medicinal as well as anti-bacterial properties. But this honey made from tropical flowers has a unique taste as well.

Tropical Blossom Honey

The wild bee hives found in the foothills of Uttarakhand Himalayas make this dark rich honey. Tribal honey gatherers venture into the jungles of Jim Corbett National Park to harvest this honey the natural way - without any machine intervention. Nectar from the Acacia Tree is gathered by the Apis Mellifera species of honey bees to make this beautiful and nutrient rich honey. Harvested only during April and May, this honey is available for a limited time only.

Kashmir Honey

This golden coloured honey is collected from the misty forests of South India. Harvested from April to June from the beehives in the wild, it is made by the Apis Florea species of honey bees. The taste is exceptionally fruity and waxy, and is like a medley of hundreds of wild flowers on your tongue.
