How to Use Bath Salt
To use bath salts in your bath, first fill the tub halfway with hot water. Then, add 1/2 cup of prepared bath salts, or up to 2 cups of bath salts for a therapeutic soak. Finally, place the plug in the drain and allow the water to circulate. For a stronger concentration of salts, you can add more to the water.
Use your hands to swirl the water in the tub.
Allow your legs/hands or entire body to soak in the bath for minimum of 10 minutes.
Alternately Mix the salts into a shower scrub to exfoliate dead skin
Or Make a foot bath to soothe achy feet.
